We feature an extensive variety of Specialty Hoagies, many of which are our own creations. Our distinct combinations consist of the finest quality Thumanns gourmet  meats and cheeses, made fresh to order using generous portions, wrapped in daily baked crispy Italian bread. Throughout our hoagie menu is an array of scrumptious Italian favorite ingredients such as Prosciutto, Sopressata, Sharp Provolone Cheese, and Genoa Salami, just to name a few. PrimoHoagies® are available in three sizes; the Small - a belly-full for lighter appetites, the Primo - just under a half loaf packed to the gills, and the Whole - better bring a friend or two along to  knock out this two-footer. Some of our more popular original creations are the cured and aged Old Italian, the spicy, yet cool Turkey Diablo, the healthy, but tasty Slim T, and our delicious, award-winning Suprimo. Hoagie Trays for All Occasions
Don't know what to serve at that party or get-together? Want to impress a potential client? Sit back and relax and let Primo do all the work. Our famous Hoagie Trays are a big hit at any type of gathering and are available in a variety of styles and sizes. Great for parties at home or office. Fantastic for client presentations or meetings. Well appreciated when offered as a thank you or sympathy gesture. Order one of our popular combinations or mix and match to create your own. Whichever you decide, with PrimoHoagie® Trays, all you need to do is unwrap and serve.  Not sure what you need? The knowledgeable staff at Primo will help you to plan and decide on the right choice for your particular needs. All tray orders should be placed at least two days in advance. Availability is limited at certain times of the year, such as the Christmas holidays and Super Bowl Sunday.

We offer a wide variety of Italian specialty items such as our Marinated Mozzarella, Green and Black Olive salads, Stuffed Pepper Shooters and much, much more. The many delectable selections on the Sides portion of our menu work equally well as either an appetizer or an additional topping for your favorite Primo hoagie. "Mangia."

Italian Sampler Platters
Want to really impress someone? Our magnificent Sampler Platters make a huge splash at any affair or function. A combination of the finest quality imported and domestic Italian delicacies, beautifully presented on a sectional platter, will have your guests or clients watering at the mouth. Sampler Platters are available in two sizes and are obtainable by advance order only.

Healthy Alternative Hoagies
Trying to squeeze back into your favorite jeans from last year? Blood pressure's up a little higher than you like, but you're REALLY craving a hoagie? Don't be discouraged. At Primo, we don't let you sacrifice great tasting food for healthy eating. Our menu includes a selection of hoagies made with products which are low in fat and/or sodium content, such as Oven Roasted Turkey Breast, Low Salt Ham, White Tuna packed in water, and a choice of Low-fat Cheeses. We also feature a variety of meatless hoagies. So, go ahead. Enjoy the great taste of a Primo hoagie without the worry of excessive fat and sodium intake.
